Tashanwin Google Authentication Not Working

I am using the Tashanwin app on an Android device, and I am currently unable to access my account due to a Google authentication issue. When I try to log in with Google, the system asks me to enter a 6-digit verification code, but I never receive this code, leaving me completely locked out of my account. This issue started on March 16, 2026, and has been ongoing since then.

My Tashanwin user ID is 5598506. I contacted support about this problem, but it has not been resolved, and I have not received a clear solution.

There is a balance of $24,400 in my Tashanwin account, and I cannot access or use these funds because I am unable to log in. I request that my two-step verification / Google authentication issue be resolved as soon as possible, that my account access be restored securely, and that my balance be protected and made available to me.
