Tashan Win Payment Problem – Funds Missing After Withdrawal

I am using the Tashan Win / Wingo mobile internet service, and I requested withdrawals of my balance to my bank account via bank transfer. On March 30, 2026, I submitted withdrawal requests, and as of today, their status shows as completed. However, the funds have still not been credited to my State Bank of India account.
The withdrawals were processed through the Tashan Win system with the following IDs: w2026033017748598262536, w2026033017748599526638, and w2026033017748639845386. Despite the system indicating that these transactions are complete, no money has been received in my bank account for any of these transactions.
When I contacted customer support, I was told that I must first pay GST, and only then would the withdrawn amounts be credited to my account. This condition was not disclosed beforehand and feels unfair and unsafe, especially since the withdrawals are already marked as successful.
I request that the withdrawn amounts associated with the above transaction IDs be credited directly and immediately to my State Bank of India account without requiring any additional or advance GST payment. Alternatively, I request a clear and valid written explanation as to why this condition is being imposed after the transactions were completed.
I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I am not forced to pay any additional fees to receive my own withdrawn funds.
