Tashan Win Game App Won’t Open and Freezes ₹13,000 Balance

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with the Tashwin game app. The game will not open at all, and as a result, my money inside the app is completely stuck and inaccessible. The problem began on February 16, 2026. My game UID is 5187518, and the total amount currently stuck in the game is ₹13,000. I have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution from customer support regarding this issue. I am requesting that my full balance of ₹13,000 be refunded to my bank account or UPI as soon as possible. At this point, I am only seeking a full refund because I am unable to access the app or withdraw my balance.
