Tashan Win Error 140 Sms Sending Failed

I have been trying to add my Bank of India card to the Tashanwin platform since March 29, 2026, but I am not receiving any OTP, which is preventing me from linking my card or accessing my funds.
Because of this issue, I currently have ₹10,000 stuck in my Tashanwin account, and I am unable to use or withdraw this amount. I contacted my bank, Bank of India, and they confirmed that everything is working properly on their end and that there is no issue with sending OTPs. This clearly indicates that the problem is on Tashanwin’s side, yet it remains unresolved.
I also contacted Tashanwin customer support multiple times regarding this OTP issue. Instead of properly investigating and resolving the technical problem, they asked me to provide sensitive information such as my bank account number and passbook details. This made me very uncomfortable, as I am only facing an OTP issue on their platform and do not see any justification for sharing such sensitive banking information without first addressing the system error.
I am extremely disappointed with this experience and with the way customer support has handled the situation. I request that Tashanwin urgently fix the OTP issue on my account, resolve the technical problem on their system, and ensure that I can safely access and withdraw my ₹10,000 without being asked to share unnecessary sensitive banking details.
I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue has persisted for several days despite my repeated complaints.
