Tashan Win Deposit Deducted Not Credited to FamPay

I made a deposit of 1,000 to my Tashan Win account on 27 February at around 8:57 using the Fampay app through the Time Pay payment gateway. The amount was successfully deducted from my Fampay account, but it was never added to my Tashan Win balance. I contacted support and was informed that the payment has not been received on their side. However, I have proof of payment, including the transaction details/screenshot from Fampay/Time Pay, showing that the 1,000 was deducted. Despite this, my Tashan Win balance is still not updated. I request that my deposit of 1,000 be verified and immediately added to my Tashan Win balance based on the transaction records I hold. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
