Request For My Withdrawal Amount From Tashan Win

On 10/02/2026, I requested a withdrawal of Rs. 20,000 from my Tashan Win wallet to my savings bank account in Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu. Although I was informed by customer service that my request is “processing,” the money has still not been credited to my bank account. I kindly request that my withdrawal be checked urgently and that the amount of Rs. 20,000 be credited to my savings account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation for this delay in processing my withdrawal.
Progress
On 15/02/2026, I deposited an amount of ₹5,000 via UPI into my Tashan Win wallet. Although the amount was debited from my account, it has still not been credited to my Tashan Win wallet.
I tried to reach Tashan Win customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing inconvenience, as my money is stuck and I am unable to use my wallet balance.
I request that my ₹5,000 be immediately credited to my Tashan Win wallet without any further delay, or that you provide a clear and prompt resolution to this issue.
