HDFC Account Linking Failed – Binding OTP Not Working

I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with Binding while trying to link my bank account. I am attempting to connect my HDFC savings account from India to the Binding platform, but I am unable to complete the process because I am not receiving the required OTPs.
This issue started today and has prevented me from successfully linking my account. Each time I try to link my HDFC savings account, the process stops at the OTP verification step because no OTP is delivered to me, so I cannot proceed any further. As a result, I am unable to use the service as intended.
I kindly request that this OTP issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so that I can successfully link my HDFC savings account to Binding and use the platform without further problems.
