Stake.com UPI Deposit Successful But Not Credited
I am writing to dispute the status of my recent deposit to my Stake.com account. I deposited 5,000 via UPI using Paytm on 01 May 2026, but the funds have still not been credited to my Stake account. I opened a support ticket earlier (Ticket ID: HXWI8d3Z8whAGJYD). In response, your team stated that the payment was not received and that the amount was already reversed. However, when I checked with my bank/UPI provider, the transaction is clearly marked as successful and there has been no reversal to my account. I have already visited my bank and confirmed that the funds were successfully transferred to your destination account. The payment carries the reference UTR: 612186702835 and is still showing as “Successful” on the banking side. In light of this, I request that you manually verify this transaction using the UTR number and credit the 5,000 balance to my Stake.com account as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as my money has left my account but has not been reflected on your platform.
