Stake.com Ignores Support Requests After Missing UPI Deposit

On May 23rd at around 7:00 pm, I made a payment of ₹500 from my ICICI Bank account via GPay UPI to deposit into my sports betting wallet on Stake.com. The GPay transaction was successful, the amount was debited from my bank account, but the funds have still not been credited to my Stake.com account even after more than 10 working days. I contacted ICICI Bank regarding this issue, and they informed me that the transaction was successful on their side and advised me to contact Stake.com support. However, Stake.com has not responded to my attempts to reach their support team, and my ₹500 remains neither visible in my Stake.com balance nor refunded to my bank account. I request that this matter be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹500 to my Stake.com sports betting wallet or refunding the full amount back to my ICICI Bank account, and that I be informed clearly about the status and outcome of this transaction.
