Stake Wallet Deposit Missing After UPI Payment Through Paytm




I am writing to report an issue with deposits made to my Stake wallet through UPI that have neither been credited to my Stake account nor refunded to my bank account.
On May 4, 2026, I made two separate UPI payments through Paytm/Google Pay to deposit funds into my Stake wallet. The first payment was made at 4:37 AM, and the second payment was made at 11:06 AM on the same day. The total amount involved is ₹1,000. Although the funds were successfully debited from my bank account, they have still not appeared in my Stake wallet balance, and I have not received any refund.

I request that this matter be urgently investigated and that the ₹1,000 either be credited to my Stake wallet immediately or refunded back to my bank account without any further delay. I also ask to receive written confirmation regarding the outcome of the investigation and the action taken concerning these transactions.
