Stake INR Deposit Failure Despite Succesful Payment

I made two separate deposits to my Stake.com account (registered email: chiru.s***[email protected]) on 4 April 2026, each for 2,400 INR, via SBI using UPI for the “Funds Deposit” option. Both transactions were successfully debited from my bank account, and PayTM also shows them as successful, but the funds never appeared in my Stake wallet. For the first payment, the UTR is 300139658971, Stake Transaction ID is 3390037494, and the Escalation ID provided is 8DjtAFDF9QC5VUTa. For the second payment, the UTR is 300139298996, the Stake Transaction ID is 3390026882, and the Escalation ID is 9EK-eQh4MbIa63-f. Despite these clear references, my bank has refused to raise a complaint since, on their side, both transactions were completed successfully. I have also contacted Stake live chat support, but I have not received any helpful response or resolution so far. I request that Stake.com immediately either refunds both payments back to my bank account or credits the total amount (4,800 INR) to my Stake wallet, along with a clear written explanation of what went wrong with these deposits. I am expecting a prompt resolution because this issue has already caused me unnecessary stress even though all transaction records show that the payments were successful.
