Stake Funds Not Processed Or Refunded

I made a deposit to my Stake account via UPI through Paytm on 2 June 2026 at around 9:31 PM for an amount of ₹3,000. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, and I have the following details: Transaction ID 3507176658 and UTR 307295557826. However, the deposit has been pending on Stake for more than 48 hours and the funds have still not been credited to my Stake balance. I have contacted Stake support regarding this issue but have not received any response or update yet. I have also experienced a similar problem in the past with deposits on your platform, which makes this situation even more worrying for me. For this transaction, I have already checked with Paytm / my bank and they confirm that the payment was successfully processed on their side. I urgently need access to these funds and request that this transaction be investigated and my ₹3,000 deposit be credited to my Stake account as soon as possible, or the necessary corrective action be taken. I would also appreciate information on the cause of this recurring issue with my deposits so that it does not happen again.
