Stake Deposit Missing After Google Pay Payment From SBI Account

On 5 May 2026, I made a deposit in Indian currency to my Stake account using Google Pay from my SBI bank account. The payment was intended for my Stake account registered with the email address upij***@gmail.com, and the Google Pay payment UTR number is 122650243891. Despite the payment being successfully debited from my bank account, the amount has not been credited to my Stake account and has also not been refunded back to my bank. I have already raised an inquiry with Stake support regarding this pending deposit under the reference number RdlArMuiOMpyhKS0, but so far I have neither received the funds in my Stake account nor a refund to my bank account, and I have not been provided with a clear resolution. I request that my payment be urgently located using the UTR 122650243891 and inquiry number RdlArMuiOMpyhKS0, and that the deposit either be credited to my Stake account or refunded to my SBI bank account as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed in writing about the outcome of this investigation.
