Deposit Sill Pending

I am writing regarding a deposit issue I have been experiencing with my Stake account. On 21/05/2026 at around 10:32 p.m., I deposited 998 INR via wallet. The amount was successfully deducted from my wallet, but it has still not been credited to my Stake account, and this issue has been ongoing for 5 days. For this transaction, the Stake transaction ID is 3484493636 and the UTR is 606579021394. My registered email with Stake is utubea***[email protected]. I escalated the issue through your support channels; however, during the escalation I mistakenly uploaded the wrong transaction screenshot. After that, I was not able to escalate or submit the issue again with the correct proof, so my problem remains unresolved. I am now providing the correct payment screenshot as an attachment to support my request. I kindly request that my case be reviewed again, that I am allowed to provide the correct transaction screenshot, and that the missing 998 INR is either credited to my Stake account or the situation is clarified and resolved as soon as possible. I expect clear communication and confirmation once the deposit issue has been fixed.
