Deposit Not Received

I deposited 4,000 INR to my Stake wallet via UPI on 16 May 2026 using Paytm. The UPI transaction appears as successful in my Paytm history with the reference ID 306262279324, but the amount has still not been credited to my Stake wallet. I contacted support about this issue, but I was informed that the money was not received and my enquiry was closed, even though the payment was debited from my Paytm account. At the moment I am left without my funds and without a clear explanation of where this transaction stands. I request that my deposit be located and immediately credited to my Stake wallet, or that I am given a clear and verifiable explanation of the status of this payment and a prompt resolution.
