Shopier Order Refund Missing - Paid But Never Received

I purchased a pair of black Dsquared2 pants from a seller named darkwears1 through Shopier. My order number is 419225969. I paid ₺550 using Shopier’s official website and secure payment system. However, the product never arrived. I requested a refund and contacted Shopier customer service during the process. They told me that the refund was sent directly to my bank, not my account, yet no refund appears in my balance. Despite reaching out to both the seller and Shopier multiple times, I was constantly given vague answers, and no solution was provided. This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue, and I urgently want my problem resolved. I request that the ₺550 I paid be refunded to me immediately.
