Samsung 50" TU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV Pixel Loss Error

On October 29, 2020, I purchased a Samsung 50" TU8000 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV. In addition to the two-year warranty period at the Samsung store, we had three years of insurance. Horizontal pixel losses occurred throughout the screen two months after the two-year warranty period expired. I called the Samsung Store, which is the company that makes the insurance, as a Samsung customer. The Optimum Samsung store is also owned by this company. On its website, www.kutup.net, there is an advertisement about the additional three years warranty we received, stating that they provide maintenance and repair services in a timely manner. They claim that they did not repair the television, but they stated angrily, "I will give you the money you gave for insurance after the taxes I paid are paid." It may open half an hour after pressing it, or it may not open at all. Polar Group is not a trustworthy company. They never solve your problems; instead, they sell additional packages and make money by promising to fix all kinds of problems while selling. Then they violate their contract.
