Ray Insurance Misleading Insurance Coverage
I recently purchased a Passat vehicle and obtained comprehensive insurance coverage through Ray Insurance company, facilitated by the insurance agent. However, I am deeply disappointed by the discrepancies between the promised coverage and the actual policy terms. When I initially arranged the insurance, I had the option to secure full coverage for my vehicle at a cost of 18,000 TL. Unfortunately, due to the loan I obtained from the bank, I was directed to arrange the policy through the insurance agent as per their specified terms. The agent, Mr. S**, assured me that in the event of an accident, I would be provided with a replacement vehicle for 30 days, and there would be no deductible at authorized service centers. Regrettably, a week ago, I was involved in an accident, and I am now faced with a mere 7-day replacement vehicle provision and a 50% deductible at the authorized service center. This stark difference in the actual policy terms and the promises made has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have been met with unhelpful responses from both the insurance agent and Ray Insurance company. Therefore, I have decided to take legal action against them on the first business day to address this matter.
