Unable to Log in or Reset Password on Queencasino

I’ve been unable to access my Queencasino account for quite some time now. While it seems that similar issues have been resolved for others, my problem remains unresolved. I receive the password reset code via email, but when I enter it, it’s not accepted, and I’m still locked out of my account.

The amount of money in my account might not be significant, but this situation makes me feel undervalued as a customer. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck in this cycle without any clear resolution.

I am requesting that Queencasino fix this issue immediately and allow me to log in to my account. All customers deserve fair treatment and proper access to their accounts.
