Mustela Baby Shampoo Caused Rash, Requesting Refund or Exchange

I purchased Mustela baby shampoo through Trendyol on June 14 (Order No: 10273383153). After using the product a few times, I noticed that my baby developed skin rashes. Believing the issue was caused by the shampoo, I immediately stopped using it.

So far, I have not contacted Mustela or Trendyol customer service.

Due to the problem I experienced with this product, I request either a replacement or a refund. I kindly ask that this matter be resolved.
