My Mostbet Account Blocked Without Reason Under Rule 3.7

I have an account on the Mostbet main website with the user ID 183934945, and my account has been temporarily suspended and frozen under rule 3.7. I do not understand the exact reason for this suspension, and I am unable to use my account normally. I sent an email to Mostbet customer support regarding this issue, but so far, I have not received any reply or explanation about why rule 3.7 was applied to my account or what I am supposed to do to resolve the situation.
