LG TV Call Center Not Available, Installation Waiting For a Day
We bought a LG Tv. We were waiting the whole day at home for the installation of the TV because the hotline has no idea how to manage time. It is already 7pm and we are still waiting. Hotline is closed, can't reach anyone from Lg and they didn't told me if they can do it today or not so I can do my regular work. This is really disrespectfull what we are experiencing here. It doesn't fit for a company like lg working with so unprofessional people or partners. this whole time inefficiency thing is seriously discouraging.promises were always broken, and we never got any updates or had our calls returned. acting so unprofessional and inconsiderate... Dude, if you keep on breaking promises and ghosting your customers, your company's rep is gonna take a major hit. Just sayin'. I totally don't agree with this action and I'm like, demanding quick fixes.
