JPMorgan Chase Blocked My Funds and Demands High Taxes for Withdrawal

I used JPMorgan Chase's platform to trade indices, but now all my funds are frozen, and I cannot withdraw my money. They are demanding an exorbitant amount in taxes before allowing any withdrawal. Even if I pay, there is no guarantee I’ll get my funds back.

The lack of clear communication and accountability is infuriating. I cannot reach any authorized representatives to resolve the issue. While the platform claims to connect to BIST 100 and global stock markets for trading, this experience has made me lose trust entirely.

I demand immediate access to my funds and transparent explanations about these excessive tax demands. JPMorgan Chase must address this urgently and restore my access to my money.
