Jojobet Crypto Withdrawal Led to Police Investigation and ₺60,000 Loss

I have an account on the Jojobet betting site with the username “U*”**. Around five months ago, I withdrew my funds from the site via cryptocurrency. However, I was recently called to the police station to give a statement. I was told that the person who transferred money to me from Jojobet was involved in a criminal case, and as a result, my name was also included in the investigation. Even though I have done absolutely nothing wrong, I became a victim of this situation and was forced to pay ₺60,000 in compensation. Despite this, I now still have to appear in court, and my suffering has not been resolved. When I contacted Jojobet, they asked me to provide various personal documents, but I refused to share sensitive data such as my full name, national ID number, and home address. Moreover, they were not helpful at all and kept giving me the same responses without offering a real solution. I no longer wish to keep my account active, and I am demanding that it be immediately closed. I expect Jojobet to take responsibility for this issue and resolve my grievance. If necessary, I am prepared to take this matter to the media and television channels.
