ING After paying off my debt, ING Bank won't unblock my account

Hello, Xolvie. I'm hoping for some advice on a difficult situation with ING BANK. Despite the fact that I paid off my debt and the Istanbul enforcement office sent two e-notifications requesting that the block on my account be removed, the bank has yet to take any action. I've tried everything, from contacting customer service to visiting the Kahramanmaraş branch, but nothing seems to work. Despite the fact that all other banks removed the block after receiving the initial notification on 11.01.2023, ING BANK refused to do so. The second notification was sent on January 26, 2023, but my account is still blocked as of February 14, 2023. I'm at a loss for words and require assistance. Have you had a similar experience with ING BANK or any other bank? Any suggestions on how I can get my account unblocked would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
