Hummel Authorities Said The Defective Sneakers Were User Error

Selling defective product! 1.5 years ago, I bought a shoe from the edremit novada store. I sent it to warranty because of the defect. They said it was user error and sent it back. I haven't been able to wear the shoe since I bought it, but I couldn't bear to throw it away because it was new, the shoe was just waiting at home. Before I threw it in the trash, I noticed the difference in size. When I measured it, the heel part of one of them was 0.5 cm shorter. I don't know if it was such a poor quality committee that they couldn't understand this defect or whether they just ignored it. When I went again, they said that they could not reach the invoice since 1.5 years had passed, so they could not do anything. How can such a brand harm its customers when the product has been proven to be defective? I want change!!
