Cash App Unauthorized $30 Charge From Hint America Inc

I live in Idaho Falls, Idaho, United States, and today I saw a $30 pending charge in my Cash App from a company called Hint America Inc at around 3:55 a.m. I did not agree to this payment. I was not online at that time, and I was not even using my phone when this transaction was made. I do not clearly remember ever authorizing any tarot card reading or similar service with this company, and I consider this charge to be unauthorized. When I contacted Cash App support, I was told that because the charge is still pending, it cannot be canceled yet, and that I have to wait for it to go through before any attempt can be made to get it back. This makes me very uncomfortable because by the time it is completed, the money will already have left my account, and I do not even know how to reach Hint America Inc directly to dispute this. I am requesting that this $30 unauthorized transaction from Hint America Inc be fully refunded and that my payment method be protected against any future charges from this company. I also want a clear explanation of how this payment was initiated without my clear consent or active use of my phone at that time.
