Go1Win Refuses to Pay 29,000 PLN Winnings and Demands Extra Deposits
I am submitting a complaint about the website Go1Win regarding a serious problem with the withdrawal of my winnings. I am currently unable to withdraw my funds, and instead, I am constantly being asked to make additional payments. I am from Germany, and yesterday I requested a withdrawal of my winnings in the amount of 29,000 PLN from my go1win account. I did not receive any of this money. The site first demanded a payment of 80 dollars for verification, which I transferred. Despite this, the withdrawal was still blocked, and now I am being asked to make another deposit of 150 dollars to get access to my own funds. I contacted Go1Win customer service and clearly explained that I want to withdraw my winnings and that I have already paid the 80 dollars they requested. Their only response was to demand another deposit of 150 dollars instead of processing my withdrawal. This situation is extremely urgent, because for the verification they required, I transferred my last available money to them. I request an immediate payout of my full winnings of 29,000 PLN to my bank account without any further deposits, as well as the rejection of any additional payment demands that were not clearly explained in advance. I expect this situation to be resolved as quickly as possible, and my access to my money to be restored.
