Garena Free Fire Permanent Suspension Error Recovery Demand
I am writing regarding the permanent suspension of my Garena Free Fire account, which I believe was imposed in error. My account details are as follows: Player UID: 3068330896 and in-game name: S!R ODE.
The ban was applied today while I was playing on an Android device, and I suddenly received a notification stating that my account had been permanently suspended. I have never used any third-party software, hacks, cheats, or unauthorized modifications to gain an unfair advantage. I only use the official Free Fire application downloaded directly from the Google Play Store, and I do not use file modifiers, VPNs, or external graphic tools. I have also never intentionally teamed up with players I knew to be hackers.
I take the Terms of Service and Anti-Hacking Policy seriously and always do my best to follow all rules. This account is important to me not only because of the time and effort I have invested, but also because I have spent more than 400 USD on in-game purchases and top-ups over time. Losing access to this account due to what I believe is a false positive is extremely upsetting.
I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed by your technical team, including game logs and recent match data, to confirm that no malicious activity or rule violations were committed on my part. If any suspicious activity has been detected, I would greatly appreciate a careful re-evaluation, as I have not engaged in any form of cheating or unauthorized modification.
