Garena Free Fire Account Recovery Request After Unauthorized Access

I have been playing Garena Free Fire in India for more than a year using an account linked to my Gmail, and over time I built a valuable in-game collection. My in-game username was $Death&Note$, and my Free Fire ID is 10274666607. Although I did not invest money, I invested a significant amount of time and effort to grow this account and collect in-game items.

Around November 13–14, 2025, my Free Fire account appears to have been hacked. Someone accessed my account without my permission and changed the linked details. After that, I stopped receiving any recovery emails on my original Gmail address and have been unable to regain access to my account. I searched for ways to contact support but could not reach any effective help channel, and I remain locked out of my own account.

I request that my account and its data be investigated, that any unauthorized changes be reversed if possible, and that access to the Free Fire account with ID 10274666607, which was previously linked to my Gmail, be restored to me as the rightful owner. If recovery is not possible, I ask for a clear explanation and any alternative solution that can be offered, as I do not want to lose the progress and collection I built over such a long period of time.
