To the Garena Free Fire support team, My Free Fire account with nickname Name_OP-BNL, level 61 and UID 1763259650 has been suspended. I play on an Android phone. The suspension took place around 2020/07/09 after I mistakenly used a third‑party application called LuluBox on my device. I now understand that using any third‑party app is against your rules, and I am truly ashamed and sorry for this mistake. I have learned from this situation and I sincerely promise that I will never use any third‑party tools or similar applications in the future. I kindly request that you review my account again and, if possible, unsuspend it so that I can continue playing Free Fire fairly and according to your policies.
