Free Fire Account Recovery Request for UID 2001709179 After Hack

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which has been hacked and had its recovery details changed without my permission. My original account UID is 2001709179, and my in-game name is Nishyy. I play the game on an iPhone 13.

The email address previously linked to this account was kumarshiva***@gmail.com. On March 6, 2026, I discovered that the recovery information on my account had been changed and that my login email had been removed by someone else.

At the moment, I can only access the Help Center using a guest account, so the UID of that guest account should be ignored, as my issue concerns only my original account with UID 2001709179.

The hacker removed my email address from the account, and I am now unable to access or secure my original account. I still have screenshots of my old account showing my UID, nickname, and other details, and I can provide these as proof of ownership. If necessary, I am ready to share any additional information or verification required to confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account.

This is an urgent situation, and I respectfully request the Free Fire team to treat this as a priority. I ask that my original account with UID 2001709179 be recovered as soon as possible, that any unauthorized recovery emails or linked information added by the hacker be removed, and that my original email address (kumarshiva***@gmail.com) be restored to the account so that only I can access and manage it going forward.
