Google Pay Shows Payment Complete but Fun88 Never Credited My Deposit

On 8 June 2026, I sent a payment of 1000 rupees through Google Pay from my Punjab National Bank account to add money to my Fun88 account with ID “AZEEM920”, using UTR number 124398636347. In the Google Pay application, this transaction is shown as “payment completed”, but the 1000 rupees has not been credited to my Fun88 wallet or balance. The amount has been successfully debited from my Punjab National Bank account, yet my Fun88 ID “AZEEM920” still does not show this 1000 rupees. This is causing me financial inconvenience and confusion, because Google Pay confirms a successful payment while Fun88 has not added the money to my account. I request that this issue be urgently investigated, the transaction under UTR 124398636347 be checked, and the missing 1000 rupees either be immediately credited to my Fun88 account ID “AZEEM920” or refunded in full back to my Punjab National Bank account. I also request a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and how it will be prevented in the future, and I ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible, without further delay.
