Fixbet Didn’t Pay My $1,136 Withdrawal and Closed Support Chat

I have been a long-time, regular player and depositor on the Fixbet site. On October 15, I submitted a withdrawal request for $1,136 via bank transfer. Despite the time that has passed, this amount has never been deposited into my bank account, and when I checked my bank statements, it was clear that no such transfer had been made. Even though my withdrawal request still appears incomplete on the site, the money is simply missing, and this situation has caused me serious frustration.

I previously experienced a similar issue. During an earlier withdrawal request, my funds were also never sent. Having this same problem happen a second time clearly shows that Fixbet is not a trustworthy platform and causes significant difficulty for users when it comes to withdrawals.

To report the issue and seek a solution, I contacted customer service through live chat a short while ago. However, instead of helping, the representative closed the chat without any explanation and I was logged out of the system. I received no information and no solution — I was simply ignored. It made me feel as if I were at fault or naive just for asking for my own money.

I request that Fixbet immediately and fully pay both the amount from my first unresolved withdrawal request and the $1,136 I requested on October 15. I ask that my grievance be resolved urgently, that the behavior of the support representative who ended the chat without justification be reviewed, and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure other users do not experience the same issue.
