FaceApp Pro Charged but My Membership Canceled
On October 13, 2024, my FaceApp Pro membership was unexpectedly canceled despite a 650₺ renewal charge made to my card. I did not initiate this cancellation, and it’s frustrating that my membership was terminated without my consent. Although I’ve already been billed, my account remains inactive, and no refund has been provided. I rely on this app regularly, and either a prompt refund or immediate reactivation of my subscription is needed. FaceApp, please address this issue urgently—restore my membership or process the refund for the charge you have taken.
