Faulty Electrolux EKF7700 Coffee Machine and Negligent Support



On March 31, 2023, I purchased an Electrolux EKF7700 model filter coffee machine, and now the electronics have malfunctioned. I contacted the service center in Bodrum, Mugla, and to my surprise, they informed me that they don't handle small home appliances and advised me to send it to Gunes Electronics in Izmir via courier. They provided me with a free shipping code from Yurtici Kargo. I carefully packaged the machine, labeled it as fragile, and sent it off. Shortly after, the service center called and said that the device arrived broken during shipping. When I asked about insurance coverage, they coldly responded that there was none. They suggested sticking it back together and sending it back since it would still be usable. Today, on July 3, the package arrived, completely shattered and unusable. The product, which was intact for a mere four months and unused for a single day, is now worthless. They refuse to compensate me, and there's no Electrolux service center. I feel utterly betrayed. I also purchased a refrigerator from them, and now I don't know what to do. I deeply regret not choosing Arcelik or Vestel. Electrolux officials, I'm calling you out—you have no right to treat me like this, leaving me utterly devastated.
