eDreams Charged Me for an Unauthorized Prime Membership Fee

eDreams charged me an unauthorized Prime membership fee, a nasty surprise at the end of the month when $119 was debited from my credit card without my authorization for a so-called Prime membership. I tried calling the local number but after 30 minutes there was still no response, and I also sent several emails but have yet to hear back.
