Dyson V15 Experience: Faulty Product, Service Fiasco

I ordered the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute on June 22, 2023, and it arrived on June 24 via courier. It was clear from the start that Dyson's staff lacked adequate knowledge of the product's features. Their ambiguous responses upset me and other customers. We noticed a problem early on: a noise coming from the space between the tube and the head, indicating a poor fit. This problem was discovered later. We agreed that a replacement or refund was in order after discussions with Dyson. Despite multiple conversations, they insisted the noise was caused by the tube, dismissing my concerns. Surprisingly, they cited the expiration of the 14-day return period as a reason for refusing to accept the product. Dyson appears to be unwilling to stand behind its products. A new tube was sent, but the problem persisted, indicating a deeper problem in the cyclone section. Despite the inconvenience, they casually suggested giving the device to Yurtiçi Kargo for repairs. The following research revealed unequal treatment and possible influencer bias. I believe the V15 I received was defective from the factory, which I emphasized in vain. I would advise extreme caution to anyone considering purchasing a Dyson V15. Regardless of the hardships, remember that they will do whatever it takes to prevent returns. I turn the situation over to a higher power. I will not let this go, and I will take the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Stay healthy.
