Severe Reaction to Dove Aloe Vera Anti-Dandruff Shampoo – Skin Burn and Discomfort

I recently purchased Dove Aloe Vera Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, expecting it to improve my hair care routine. I even let it sit for 3-4 minutes, hoping for a deeper cleanse, but I regretted it almost immediately. After rinsing, my face, eyes, and skin turned bright red, and I felt an intense burning sensation. A day has passed, but my scalp still burns, and the discomfort on my face hasn’t lessened. My skin feels so irritated that I’ve been using ice-cold water just to relieve the pain.

I’ve used Dove products for years, so I’m shocked and upset that this happened. I urgently request assistance and a full examination of this product to understand what caused such a severe reaction.
