DMWin Withdrawal Marked Successful but Money Never Reached SBI Account

I have a serious withdrawal issue between the Dmwin game platform and my State Bank of India savings account that has not been resolved despite repeated attempts. On 23/04/2026 at 16:30:01, I requested a withdrawal of 4,900 rupees from my Dmwin game balance to my SBI savings account using my bank card. Within the Dmwin system the withdrawal is shown as successful and it also shows a UTR number: 611320557537. However, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Since then I have been continuously contacting Dmwin customer service and they keep replying that the money has already been transferred and that I should contact my bank. When I contact State Bank of India, they check my account and inform me that no such amount has been received and no transaction with this UTR has hit my account. As of my latest contact just a few minutes ago, the situation remains the same and the 4,900 rupees is stuck somewhere between the game platform and the bank. I request that this transaction be properly traced using the UTR number 611320557537 and that my 4,900 rupees either be immediately credited to my SBI savings account or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my Dmwin game account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation in writing of where this transaction is currently pending so that this issue is finally resolved.
