I Face White Chemical Stains On My Child’s Deichmann Shoes From Day One

In September 2025, I purchased a pair of classic shoes for my child from the Deichmann store at Ceylan Karavil Mall in Diyarbakır. We bought the shoes because we liked them, but from the very first day, a white, chalk-like chemical residue started forming continuously along the middle of the upper surface. This issue happens spontaneously and repeatedly, without any external factors causing it.

I no longer have the receipt or invoice, and so far I haven’t spoken to the store staff or customer service about the problem. I’m not sure whether the product is covered by a warranty.

Since the product appears to be defective, I’m requesting either a refund or a replacement from the store. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
