Commercial Bank of Qatar Misleading Interest Rates and Poor Customer Service

We created a mobile account with Commercial Bank of Qatar with an advertised interest rate of 54% but later discovered that it never materialized. When we called, they admitted their mistake but didn't deposit the shortfall. Then, unexpectedly, they suddenly decreased the rate to 44% on another account. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, they assured us that they would respond but failed to do so. It appears that they are adopting a similar approach to struggling banks, as they continue to downsize their workforce and we are unable to get in touch with anyone when we require help.
