Cherry Tiggo 8 Avantgarde Electrical Issues While Driving

I purchased my Cherry Tiggo 8 Avantgarde approximately 10 days ago from Izmir HMT OTOMOTIV. Today, as seen in the video, the multimedia screen and dashboard experienced electrical outages twice while driving at 90km/h, turning off and then back on. When I contacted customer service, they connected me with a service representative who asked me to check the car's battery connections. Upon inspection, I found no looseness at the terminals. The representative then suggested that it might be an electrical issue that needs to be checked, but they can only do so after the holiday, and only if I bring the car to the service center. When I continued my conversation with customer service and asked if they had any roadside assistance, they informed me that they do not offer such a service. This means I either won't be able to use my car until after the holiday or, if I encounter any problems while driving, I won't receive any assistance. It's a significant shortcoming for a large company not to have roadside assistance teams. I can't understand how such a major Chinese brand overlooks this.
