Burger King's Dangerous Ramps and Unconcerned Franchise

I am writing from Usak. Today, I went to your Usak Carsı branch to buy hamburgers for my two nephews. We had visited on the eve of a holiday before. However, there is a metal ramp at the entrance, and on the eve of our previous visit, I managed to catch the child just as he was about to fall. But today, the child actually fell on his arm. I called the manager, a young lady. She told me they put up warning signs every day. I asked her if they were considering changing the ramp. She replied that she was taking the necessary steps. I said, "Alright then, I will contact the headquarters to report the incident and request appropriate action." She responded, "This is a franchise." I got angry and said, "So, you want to make money from us but don't care about our safety?" The manager wisely stayed silent. I continued, "Spend a little money, my friend." I requested the company to send inspectors or regional managers to check if everything is in order. Why aren't they being careful? How many people experience difficulties while passing through? I live in Istanbul, and I have visited so many of your branches, but this is the first time I have encountered such negligence.
