Braun Multiquick 7 Small Chopper Has Loose Plastic Piece – Is It Defective?

I recently bought the Braun Multiquick 7, which comes with two choppers—one small and one large. While the large chopper works fine, I’ve noticed something odd with the small one. There’s a loose plastic piece inside the small chopper that moves around. This concerns me because I have another Braun chopper, and the small part inside that one is fixed and doesn’t move at all. Is this a manufacturing defect? Has anyone else experienced this issue with their small chopper? If anyone has knowledge or experience with this, I would greatly appreciate any advice. Braun, I need an answer soon to know if this is safe to use or if I need a replacement!
