Booking.com's Wrong Hotel Address Left Us Stranded in Prague

On April 27th, during our family trip to Prague, we faced a major issue with a Booking.com accommodation reservation. The hotel's address was incorrect, and their phone numbers were wrong, so despite payment, we were left stranded. To make matters worse, someone in my family relies on a lung machine for treatment. We couldn't reach the hotel or find anyone to assist us. We spent the day wandering, trying to explain our situation. Unfortunately, being Saturday, we couldn't find alternative accommodation.
