Betwinner Refuses to Pay My Winning Bet and Asks for Documents

I placed a bet on Betwinner and won. When I tried to withdraw the money, they refused to send it and asked for documents. I submitted the requested documents to their security team, but it has been 4 days and they haven't responded. They are just stalling and not doing anything. Can anyone help me with this? All those document requests were just distractions to keep me on the line, they have no intention to grant me my earnings right? Four days is way enough to complete all this process and bring things to a completion yet I should congraturalte their methods, good one. I am awakened now, send my money or else I'll let everyone know what kinds of scammers you are!!
