Betwinner Account Lockdown and Document Request

I attempted to withdraw money from Betwinner only to discover that my account had been blocked and that withdrawal required the submission of identification documents. Despite having sent the necessary documents, weeks have passed with no response. There are serious security concerns. Caution is advised. Unfortunately, my funds are still trapped, and they have my personal information. Contacting the provided phone number was also ineffective. I'm thinking about posting my experience on YouTube.com soon.
