Betterme Monthly Charges Despite Cancellation Request

I would like to cancel my subscription with BetterMe. Money is deducted from my account on a monthly basis. I need assistance with finding a solution and cancelling my program subscription. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find anyone who can help me with this issue. What's the point of paying for a program that I never use? I find the system quite perplexing. Could you please address this matter as soon as possible?
