Best10 Account Blocked After Deposit Despite Balance Showing

20This evening I deposited several amounts into my Best10 account—₺1,000, ₺2,000, and two separate deposits of ₺3,000. Although my balance currently shows ₺9,000, I am unable to play any games or withdraw the money. It feels as if there is a constant blockage on my account, preventing me from performing any transactions. My account username is “Faysa***” Even though the money appears in my balance, being unable to use or withdraw it due to this blockage has caused me serious inconvenience. I request that the restrictions on my account be removed and that I either be allowed to play games without issues or have my full balance refunded.
